Wood Chipping Machines

These machines are used for chipping wood of any nature into chips of between 10 mm to 35 mm size depends upon the customer's choice.

Drum Chipper

Wood size upto 20 inches in diameter and 1 to 3 meters in length can be fed into this machine. This machine has an output of 23 to 28 MTS/Hour

Disc Chippers

1. With Chain Feed Conveyor System and Grab Feeding method. Consists of 3 different models – 100 HP, 150 HP and 250 HP. The feeding of wood into the machine is by conveyor system and grab feeding method.

2. Without Chain Feed Conveyor and Grab Feeder:- In this wood is feeding directly into the hopper of the Wood Chipping Machine without conveyor and Grab Feeding. Consists of 4 different models – 30 HP, 100 HP, 150 HP and 250 HP. The wood carrying vehicle is parking right infront of the machine and directly feeding into the hopper.

Automatic Knife Grinding Machine

These machines are used for grinding the knives in a particular angle used inside the Wood Chipping Machines, Shredder Systems etc. For continuous operations of these machines the knives has to sharp occasionally.

Hydraulic Wood Splitting Machine

This machine serves the purpose of reducing the size of the wood logs, which are fed into the Wood Chipping Machine. These machine can split logs above 4 inch to 40 inches in diameter horizontally to suit the infeed capacity of the Wood Chipping Machine. This machine is also widely used in different type of wood industries. The time for splitting a log is 40 seconds.

Shredder Systems

There are different models of Shredder Systems. These are widely used for Shredding Suger Cane Leaves, Cotton, Maize, Chilly Stalks, other stems (Less than 1''Diameter), Veneer waste and Coconut leaves (After cuting the head portion) which are in bailed condition or in loose condition, can feed into these machines. This will be shred in to Required size. The out put Capacity depends upon the raw material and the model of the machine used.

Palm Bunch Shredder

These machines are widely used in palm oil factories for cutting the Palm Bunches into required sizes, used as raw material for Boilers.
